State lottery money will go to students in Arkansas who want to learn a trade at a vocational school.
Lottery: A game of chance where people buy tickets for a chance to win a prize, usually money. The winner is chosen randomly, often through a drawing. The outcome is purely based on luck, and everyone who enters has the same chance of winning.
Vocational schools teach students practical skills for jobs, like welding, carpentry, and nursing.
The money from the lottery will help students pay for their education.
