Katy Mendenhall (she/her) joined New Disabled South in 2024 initially as a fundraising consultant and is now proud to serve as the Development Manager. With a robust background in development, funder research, and CRM database management, Katy brings 7 years of experience to her role, helping NDS strengthen its fundraising efforts and expand its impact.

She attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga before making her way to Maine in 2016, where she honed her skills in donor relations and organizational growth while working for local nonprofits.

An Atlanta native, Katy lives with her partner and their three beloved pets. When she's not working on fundraising strategies or refining CRM systems, you can find her enjoying art, music, reading, and exploring all that the vibrant city of Atlanta has to offer.
